Evouke’s ArtificiaI Intelligence (AI) Transparency Policy

Evouke AI Transparency Policy

At Evouke, we are committed to using AI responsibly and transparently to support our mission-driven work. We recognize the potential of AI to empower individuals, especially those living with chronic illnesses and brain fog, by streamlining processes and helping us sustain our operations. However, we also understand the concerns of creatives whose skills and experience contribute uniquely to the art and content we value.

To ensure our use of AI aligns with our values, we follow these guiding principles

Our Commitment to Ethical AI Use:

  • Empowerment and Inclusivity: We use AI to support and empower our team members, particularly those who benefit from cognitive support, to enhance their productivity and creativity.

  • Transparency: We clearly disclose when and to what extent AI has been used in creating our content.

  • Respect for Human Creativity: We recognize the hard work, experience, and skill of human creatives. We do not use AI to mimic or replicate the unique styles of living artists or writers without explicit permission.

  • Accountability: We ensure our AI usage aligns with ethical guidelines and does not harm or exploit individuals, communities, or intellectual property.

Our ethical AI use Checklist:

Do:

  • Use AI tools to enhance the accessibility, efficiency, and quality of content creation.

  • Disclose AI usage under every blog article or content piece, specifying the extent and purpose.

  • Ensure AI-generated content is reviewed and refined by human team members.

  • Respect intellectual property rights and (where in our power) avoid training AI tools on copyrighted or proprietary content without permission.

  • Use AI to support creatives and those with chronic conditions in their work, not to replace or undermine their unique contributions.

Don’t:

  • Use AI to replicate or imitate the distinctive style of any living artist, writer, or creative professional without explicit consent.

  • Allow AI-generated content to be published without human review, editing, or oversight.

  • Conceal the use of AI in any of our processes or content creation.

  • Use AI in ways that could be perceived as exploitative, unethical, or harmful to any individual or group.
